High Water Trash Traditional Cache

Room for small swag or TB. This is a very sad cache or should I say a very sad reason to place this cache. This area needs some serious CITO work but it's need more work than we can do in just one CITO. This is a small PB easy to see if you can get past all the nastyness around. I hope you will consider bringing a bag when you come look for this cache. I'm just in shock at how there is so much trash so high in trees. During times of lots of rain you will probably want to wear you rubber boots.
