The Essex way is a footpath between Epping and Harwich. Erz & Myn placed the original series along the entire length of it. But sadly this was archived in 2016.
Since then a number of cachers have replaced chunks of it. I have tried to be faithful to the original series by maintaining the original caching locations and in many cases the original geocaches and log books.
This does mean in certain spots the caches are close to barbed wire, so please take care.
This section takes you from Ongar to Cannon’s Green - at both ends you can continue caching the Essex way with caches placed by Cachez and Cazmockett.
