Searching for this geocache will bring you to the highest natural elevation in Broward County...23 feet. Tivoli Sand Pines Preserve is an urban wilderness site and is not a park as tend to think of one. This little area has wide concrete walking paths that run east and west. It is need of some TLC; please bring a bag and practice CITO if you can. Area is gated; no posted hours but open by 8:30am; closed by 5pm.
The cache is just a few feet off the walking path and can be accessed from either side of the "loop". Best to walk to ground zero using the south fork of the path but enter from the north side of the loop. There is less overgrowth on that side. Please bring a pen or pencil and replace lid securely!
