 Zookwinkle is a Gnome originally liberated back in '93 as part of the Garden Gnome Liberation Movement. Since his first liberation he has shown up in various gardens prior to leading massive Gnome exoduses from said gardens. If Zookwinkle is seen in a garden, the Gnomes who reside there are sure to be freed.
