Thank you Navasota Public Library for allowing the Navaosta Police Department to place the first Multi-Cache here. You must first go to the location and find the first part outside by the tree closest to the library sign. LET'S HAVE SOME RAIN FROM THE GROUND. (wink wink) Then locate the code and go inside to find the loot. If you can't understand the clue just LISTEN to the books!
