This cache is the subject of the recent floods that hit the area. Unfortunately we have a somewhat defunct municipality that can not keep their hands off the maintenance kitty and when money is needed, there is none.. causing delays in repairs, and into maintaining our caches
A large section surrounding this hide was washed away. With that, the ARMCO barrier (where the hide was) had to be removed to facilitate the repairs in the area. It has not been put back and is lying on the ground. I cannot foresee it being put back in place any time soon and thus this hide is compromised. Looking at the immediate vicinity there is not a suitable alternative within the coords to temporary hide this one. Best then just to archive it
