Geocache Description:


Cache is in the shadow of the tallest building in Emeryville, and also, (we hear from a politician friend) one of the largest concentrations of voters in town.  Had a friend who lived here and the views were awesome from their home.  Hide is in a little hidden pocket park just South of the building.  This cache has undergone yet another metamorphosis! It's no longer a camoed mint tin, which was moved from it's original spot by Shrecktrician (thanks!) after it's original host was toppled over. Hint has been updated, and level of difficulty has also been upped because this is now a trickier custom container. Please, don't remove the whole cache to sign, just open it and close it again carefully so parts don't go missing. (This will make more sense when you find it and are deciding how to deal with it.) Please bring a pen or pencil. Happy caching!
