The Ocean Shores Community Club owns several properties in various stages of development. This park is one that appears to have been marginally developed years ago and then fell into neglect. But recently it has seen some maintenance; perhaps further development is in it's future. If so, the cache's longevity will depend on your stealth & timing, but for now this park seems to get only light usage.
The container has room for only the log book, so bring your own writing stick. Please return exactly as found.
