Norgėlų tvenkinys - nedidelis vandens telkinys Pasvalio rajone. Tvenkinys iškastas 1979– 1980 metais. 2018-ųjų metų pavasarį šio Joniškėlio apylinkių seniūnijos kaimo tvenkinį papuošė dailus medinis lieptas. Nagingi Norgėlų kaimo vyrai įrodė, kad ir be Europos Sąjungos fondų ar kitų programų paramos galima gražinti gimtąjį kaimą. Su užsidegimu po darbo ir savaitgaliais dirbę kaimo vyrai savo sumanymą įgyvendino per mėnesį. Į dvi puses (18 ir 19 m) besišakojančio liepto aikštelėje pastatyti stalas ir suolai, įrengti LED žibintai su saulės baterijomis.

Norgėlai pond is small, but quite striking site located in Pasvalys district. In the spring of 2018, a beautiful wooden footbridge was built by country inhabitants. The hard working men proved that they do not need any financial support from EU to beautify their village. The rural men who worked after work and on weekends implemented their idea within a month. This footbridge branches into two sides (18 and 19 m long), in the middle of it there is a rest zone with some picninc tables and benches. Also, there are LED lights with solar panels.
