This cache is located along the Buzzard's Trail in a well-blazed trail network in the Hopewell Big Woods. This is a Hike-and Hike- and Hike cache; about one hour in, one hour out. I saw Bear Hill on the map and knew I had to hike there and leave a geocache there.
From the recommended parking area, the geocacher takes some ancillary trails to access the Buzzard's Trail, clearly blazed with yellow blazes with a red-center stripe. It becomes a loop trail so choose your direction and just keep going around. There is some elevation to climb Bear Hill, climaxing at approximately at 900 feet.
The cache is about 75 feet south of the trail. You are looking for a plastic ammo can, ground level.
