Intro
Dalongdong Baoan Temple is an important historic monument representing a history of ritual activities in Taiwan. In 1742, some immigrants begged Baosheng Emperor to share his spiritual power to Taiwan. The temple was wooden structure at first. People believed that they were guarded by Baosheng Emperor. So the ritual building was established at 1755. Then, in 1804, the formal structure of temple for Baosheng Emperor was built by his believer. Baoan Temple was renovated many times in 19th century. In 1985, the Taiwan government conferred on the temple the status of level two historic monument.
Dalongdong Baoan Temple got The UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards at 2003.

Stage I：the garden of Baoan Temple 保安宮庭院
The posted coordination was the garden of Baoan Temple. The garden opens from 5:30 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. There were sculptures standing for some story of Baosheng Emperor. You can solve question A at home and on website. The word was retrieved from the website. 起點為保安宮庭院，其開放時間為每天早上5:30到下午13:00以及下午17:00到19:00，庭院中有許多記載保生大帝神蹟的雕塑品，請參閱網站。
A： Find the correct relation from left to the right
NG ：Ming Cheng-tzu’s Empress Wen suffered from breast ailment and her imperial doctors had no cure. Dadi appeared as a Taoist priest and came to the rescue. He felt the empress’s pulse through a silk string and then cured her.
SHE ：A dragon is suffered by sever eye disease and morphing into a human figure for cure. He had applied eye drops to a dragon’s eye.
BAO ：A tiger is suffered by a human bone in the throat. Baosheng Emperor does not help it at first. The tiger infirmly seeks for the help. He finally removed foreign object from a tiger’s throat. The tiger became the guardian of Baosheng Emperor.
Correct the relation and letters from left to right, you will get a sequence of letters in English. This is answer A. Easy right?從左到右找到正確的對應關係，可以得到答案A。
B. How many white cranes in the garden?
White crane represents sacred creature. There are many sculptures of white crane in the garden. You can visit those three white & gray areas in the picture to appreciate the sculptures of miracle story and find out white cranes. Count the amount of white cranes. The number is the two-digits answer B and it can not be divided by two or by three. Note that you should type in English in the certitude. 庭院中有許多白鶴雕塑，代表著神聖的生物，可以在指示圖中的白灰區塊找尋白鶴，計算庭院中有多少隻白鶴雕塑可以得到B的答案

D. Colored Mural Drawings
There are seven colored mural drawing on the wall of main structure in the temple. These unequaled masterpieces were all painted by the late national master Pan Li-Shui in 1973 for Baoan Temple. Find the one which white crane appears. Count how many people on it. You can get answer D 保安宮中有七幅國寶潘麗水老師於1973年繪製的壁畫，找到其中有白鶴出現的壁畫，計算上面有多少個人，可以得到D的答案。
(If you are interesting in the story, try googling the “virtue” one. White crane here implies the main character (not in the mural) as first-class minister.)
E. General Black Tiger Story 黑虎將軍
Go to the spot E, how many windows on the wall? You can get answer E. (there should be a clock on the wall) 走到E的位置，計算牆面上有幾扇窗戶(那面牆上應該有一個時鐘)，可以得到E的答案
In the spot A, there is a tiger whom became the guardian of Baosheng Emperor in miracle story. Therefore, there usually a tiger beside Baosheng Emperor. It is slightly different from “Tiger Lord” in folklore. In the main structure of temple rest Baosheng Emperor on the god table and general black tiger under the table. In spot E, it is the only place that you can see general black tiger in a far distance in the temple. General black tiger was staying at the left side of Baosheng Emperor. 在A的位置時，曾經看過老虎後來成為保生大帝護衛的故事，所以後來通常都會有老虎出現在保生大帝身邊，跟虎爺的民間信仰有點不同，但有很大的淵源，大龍峒保安宮中主殿其實有一尊黑虎將軍，但因為位在神桌下方所以無法參觀，只能在導覽時有機會膜拜，另一尊黑虎將軍坐落在E的位置，不過只能在門口遠遠的觀望待在保生大帝左側的黑虎將軍。
F. Koji Pottery 交趾陶
Go up to the third floor. Try different view of the temple and appreciate the beauty of Koji Pottery. Koji Pottery is the commonly seen traditional architectural decorations with historical and cultural meanings. You can see it on the top of roof. 麻煩請到三樓，從一個不同的角度欣賞保安宮，同時也可以觀賞屋頂上的交趾陶
