Geocache Description:

NorthStar GeoSeekers

2018 Spring Roadside Cleanup

WHAT: The NorthStar GeoSeekers have an "Adopt a Highway" section of U.S. Hwy 71 between Park Rapids and Menagha (since 2012). We pick up trash along a 1 mile stretch of the highway. We clean both sides of the road for a total walking distance of 2 miles.

WHEN: Saturday, April 21, 2018

TIME: 9:00AM start. We finish around 11:00AM

OTHER STUFF:

Parking is at the posted coordinates.
Gloves, safety vests and trash bags will be provided.
All participants must review the safety information provided by MnDOT before every pickup.
Participants must be at least 12 years old unless specifically permitted. Participants 18 years old or younger must have adequate adult supervision.
