#3 Sunshine Coast traffic signal box art trail
The unassertive traffic signal box is often overlooked as it sits at intersections and roadsides in metropolitan areas. Urban Smart Projects, a community art initiative, has made it their mission to bring colour and art to cities and help fight graffiti. (www.urbansmartprojects.com)
Follow this trail around the Sunshine Coast and admire the original designs reflecting the vibrancy, character and stories of the community. The geocaches on this trail should be fairly quick to find to prevent being too conspicuous in these high muggle traffic zones.

I like traffic lights, I like traffic lights
Strawberry Moon – painted by Natalie Brown – June, 2012. This design is a based on a piece that evolved organically over several years, which aims to demonstrate that life is an evolutionary process whereby all things contribute to the whole and to the state of all, and nothing (the Om). Through its depiction of symbolism representing differet aspects of both good and bad, life and death, the piece aims to draw the viewer into the acceptance of the impermanence of all things, and that nothing is either good or bad, but balance is the way to inner peace.
The cache is at the listed co-ordinates across the road from the signal box, so make use of the signals at the crossing to examine the artwork more closely.
