5/19/18 An UPDATE on replacing this cache. This no longer will be as much fun as the original. I had to replace this becaus ethe first one got ransacked, either by muggles or critters. (I did find the main bucket/cache and some of the containers from inside). I still like this place. If it disappears this time, then I know it is muggles. This one is attached. So just unscrew the lid. No need to take cache out of place. Screw lid back on securely please.
I’m placing this cache for my 65th birthday.
I was intrigued by this sight out here in the desert. Looks like there was a fire that happened to. There seems to be many of these abandoned places out in the desert. I can imagine what life might have been like on this piece of land.
(sorry Riverangler, way too much trash even for you to gather)…and that’s too bad. Seems like people make a dumpsight out of the desert.
It was going to be 65 cents for the FTFer…but I felt a bit more generous, so I threw in an extra buck and an un-activated travel bug. Have fun!
Tip: If it is raining or has rained recently, it may be muddy and you might want to wait on finding this...or you may find yourself stuck. You don't want to be in the desert in the rain. The family sedan can get there.
