There has been a small church dedicated to the Transfiguration of Christ (Η Μεταμόρφωση του Σωτήρος) at the posted coordinates since at least the year 1631. The present blue and white building is the result of a renovation in 1969.
It sits by the road between Chrousa (Χρούσα) and Pagos (Πάγος), a little west of the large Catholic church of Faneromeni (Φανερωμένη). It's just a short way up a steep road to an area in front of the church where you can park and turn a car.
While the church itself is likely to be locked, the view is pleasant.
