ST LEONARD, RAGNALL
St Leonard, Ragnall is a Grade II* listed building, achieving the status on 1 February 1967. Also Grade II listed is the churchyard gate, achieving the status on 12 July 1985.
The church dates from the C14th with an extensive rebuild between 1864-1867 by Ewan Christian.
The building comprises a tower, naive, chancel and south aisle. The chancel has a lead roof whilst the rest of the building is slate roofed.
The building has had very little alteration since the rebuild by Christian.
Inside, there are two wall mounted monuments to William Reason and William Mellish.
The octagonal font is C19th and the furniture is C20th.
