CACHE IS NOT AT POSTED COORDINATES. NOR IS IT ANYWHERE NEAR OR ON THE ELECTRICAL TOWER OR THE TRAIN TRACKS!
This should be an easy puzzle to solve. You will have to go to posted coordinates and follow these instructions:
- At the posted coordinates, you will find a sign. Go the direction it tells you in the form of three syllables.
- Keep heading this direction until you arrive at the four-posted electrical forcefield.
- Stand in the middle of the electrical forcefield (on the path) and in the same direction you were previously travelling, walk 40 paces* along the path.
- Just past the 2 striped guardians, turn left/West, walk 13 paces*, and search the backside of the brush.
- You may have to contend with the moat to make the find. BYOP.
* I couldn't find a definitive conversion on paces to feet, so I used "steps", or roughly 2.5 feet per step.
