After UGI tore up all the trails to lay the new pipeline, they not only relaid them but improved the surface here and created this nice place to sit and relax and enjoy the river. (Or you can look at the buildings behind you for an idea of what things used to look like.)
No need to go anywhere beyond the fence near the river.
Bring your own pen. Tweezers might be helpful. And please remember to replace the cache as you found it for the next cacher.
