Celebrate Earth Day 2018 by joining the Tri-State Geocachers in helping with some trail work and general clean-up from the Winter season at the Brandwein Nature Learning Preserve.
Join us on Sunday, April 22 at 10:30am in working at the preserve along its trail system. We'll likely have a lot of branch removal and general cleanup and trimming to do, and other tasks that may present themselves after the snow clears the area. Optionally if you have a rake and work gloves you can bring, please do so.
This event ends at 12noon. However participants are welcome to join us for a light luncheon under the pavilion; a sandwich platter and drinks will be provided for the workers who sign up at least a couple days in advance, and you're invited to bring sides to share. There will also be a geocaching presentation at 1pm with an opportunity to explore the trails afterward. But it is not necessary to stay after 12noon in order to log this CITO event.
Please log your will-attend as far in advance as possible so we can plan and be ready for you. Include the number attending in your party if you plan on joining us for lunch after the CITO.
