Marshall's Beach offers a unique experience of natural forces. Located below the Presidio's Coastal Bluffs, one of the wildest places in the city, this extraordinary park site offers spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin Headlands, with the splashing sounds and salty scents of Pacific Ocean waves. In the spring and summer look for colorful native California wildflowers: there are more than 100 botanical species that make their home on the bluffs! At low tides you may see sea stars or crabs on the rocks. Please stay on trails to protect nature on the bluffs and be careful to avoid stepping on sea anemones along the rocks...

Sunsets can be spectacular here...
