I started the Johnny Appleseed series about three months ago as I watched my caching karma droop over the years, and felt the need to give back, and explore the local trails in a different perspective. Since those 50 caches were placed, my karma has doubled from 0.35 to over 0.70, so I'm starting round two, sprinkling caches along the trails just a bit farther from home.
This cache is on a short jaunt off the Black Mountain Trail, just next to the WP02 park entrance (where this goes, not so sure). No exit allowed through the gate, keep out! But you can find a nice sized cache just on this side of the gate. Should be a quick find, then back on the trail up (or down) the mountain! Elevation appears to be 2140'. I left a TB for the FTF.
