Geocache Description:

NB: Security may require to scan your driver's license at the security gate to gain access - if asked say that you are going to Pine Avenue.

The geocache is situated inside the Bronberrik East Security Suburb (BESS). BESS is a voluntary community initiative of which its members strive to keep the neighbourhood a safe haven for all residents. The suburb of Bronberrik which is situated more or less in the centre of Centurion is one of the more established areas with beautiful gardens and plenty of trees. The suburb was proclamated in the mid-1960s with the likes of Clubview, Eldoraigne, Kloofsig, Wierdapark and Zwartkop. Most of the streets in Bronberrik are named after towns in Ireland. Towns like Shannon, Wicklow, Kilkenny, Killarney, Kildare, Dundalk, Galway and Tralee. Pine Avenue is named after one of Ireland's common native trees, the Scots Pine. Access to the geocache is through the boomed gate in Kilkenny Road. Security at the boom gate may ask for your driver's license to be scanned to get access. The geocache is located inside the security suburb area and therefore very safe to visit. It is in a quiet street with a small risk of muggles and a safe area to park.
