This is just a tall skinny thing. After doing a cache this weekend - named by a local cacher - this name came to mind. I was actually able to google it and find a sutable image for the cache page. Go figure.
You are looking for a subdued RX Bottle containing only a waterproof log. Permanent markers work best - ball point and gel pens also work. Pencils, not so much. Hidden in a geo-obvious spot but just in case a hint is being provided.
