This is a multi-stage puzzle cache. The cache is not hidden at the posted coordinates but you will need to use your GPS to navigate there and use what on display to solve this puzzle and decipher the location of your second puzzle (see the hint if you want to check your first three letters):

After you have solved the second puzzle, you will know where to search for the cache at the Final Waypoint location given below. Note that the cache is only available between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm Monday-Friday and 10 am- 2 pm on Saturday; it is not available on Sunday.
When you enter your solution to the first puzzle be sure to include the symbols . and / in your answer. If your answer is correct you will receive a hint as to how to use that answer to find the second puzzle. When you enter the solution to the second puzzle, you'll receive confirmation that you've finished correctly.certitude.
