This cache puzzle is based on a puzzle that we have come across in our travels, GC78TZM - It's All In Downtown Columbus, Oh! and another in LA - GC1CH35
Founded in the year 1854, Altoona was built as a railroad town. The town was the last stop along the west bound Pennsylvania Railroad Mainline before climbing the Allegheny Front. The trains could fill the boilers and the tenders, the passengers could stretch and grab a meal.
The city has been broken into quite a few sections with names like Fairview, Dutch Hill, Gospel Hill, Fifth and Sixth Wards, Westfall, Westmont, Toytown,Eldorado,Wenwood, Juniata, Llyswen, Garden Heights, Calvert Hills, Newburg, Logantown, East End, Prospect, and don’t forget Downtown.
