Bowling train station is served by trains travelling between Glasgow and Dumbarton. There also used to be an upper line, which stopped being used in 1960. The track bed is partially used as a cycle track, and there are plans to extend this in the near future. The cache is located a short walk from the train station, it is small tub with room for some small swaps.
