This cache container was provided by Highland Ranger, who recently held an event to redistribute his cache containers. While caching in the area with the Sunday Caching Crew, we noticed a gap on this bikeway and a hiding spot right beside the trail.
The Mohawk Hudson Bikeway is a 39 mile section of the Erie Canalway Trail between Rotterdam Junction and Albany. There are many trail access points along the trail and the nearby Kawinis Park features a picnic pavilio and a boat launch.
