Napier Hill has many stairs to allow pedestrians to take shortcuts to and from downtown, Ahuriri and Corunna Bay. The previous Napier Hospital on Hospital Hill above these stairs had many workers and visitors. " The Hill " also has many historic residential properties.
The street leading to the cache from below is narrow and steep but with limited short-term parking at the top. Parking is available at the top of the stairs. Please replace the cache standing upright pushed into the soft earth to conform with the hint.
