"Vaskekonen" er en skulptur af kunstneren Henrik Fischer. Skulpturen symboliserer Kaalunds Sæbefabriker, der lå her fra starten i 1886 til nedrivningen i 1983.

Beboerforeningen ”Tre-I-En”, omfattende Graacksvej, H.C. Petersens Vej og Grønningen har taget initiativ til at hylde områdets historie gennnem forskellige kunstprojekter. I 2017 kom “Dansende blomster” på gavlen ud mod Fredericiagade til minde om pottemager Heinrich Graack, i 2018 kom ”Vaskekonen” til minde om Kaalunds Sæbefabrikker samt samme år 2 portrætter lidt nordpå i forhold til "Vaskekonen" til minde om kunstmaleren Anton Schrøder med et selvportræt og et portræt af sølvsmed Hans Hansen. I 2019 kom "Skeen" til minde om Hans Hansens sølvsmedie. Mindetavlerne, er en hyldest til områdets beboere, ligesom  husnumrene, der illustrere ejerens erhverv. Mindetavlerne kom til i 2020. Margarinedåsen, der kom til i 2021 er til minde om Koldinghus Margarinefabrik.

Skulpturen med damen på motorcyklen, som også er lavet af Henrik Fischer, placeret på H.C. Petersens Vej. Damen kikker tilbage på det lange bagsæde for at udtrykke, at der er plads til flere.

"The Washerwoman" is a sculpture by the artist Henrik Fischer. The sculpture symbolizes Kaalund's Soapfactorys, which was here from the start in 1886 to the demolition in 1983.

The residents' association "Tre-I-En", including Graacksvej, H.C. Petersens Vej og Grønningen has taken the initiative to pay tribute to the history of the area through various art projects. In 2017, "Dancing flowers" came to the house end towards Fredericiagade in memory of potter Heinrich Graack. In 2018, "The Washerwoman" came in memory of Kaalund's Soapfactorys and the same year 2 portraits a little north from "The Washerwoman" in memory of the painter Anton Schrøder with a self-portrait and a portrait of silversmith Hans Hansen. In 2019 "The spoon"("Skeen") came to the memory of Hans Hansen's silversmithy. The memorial plaques are a tribute to the area's residents, as are the house numbers that illustrate the owner's occupation. The memorial plaques were added in 2020. The margarine can, which was added in 2021, is in memory of Koldinghus Margarinefabrik 

The sculpture with the lady on the motorcycle, which is also made by Henrik Fischer, placed on H.C. Petersens Vej. The lady looks back at the long back seat to express that there is room for more people.
