Welcome to Mt. Royal Cemetery. I drive passed here oftern and have noticed these obelisks. An obelisk is a tall, four-sided, narrow tapering monument which ends in a pyramid-like shape or pyramidion at the top. These were originally called tekhenu by their builders, the Ancient Egyptians.
You will need to go to each stage of this cache and decipher the obelisks to get a number in the coordinates. You will follow this formula:

To solve each stage, you will either take the corresponding letter listed on the obelisk and convert it numerically (A =1, B = 2, etc.) or follow instructions.
Stage 1(posted coordinates): A = second letter
Stage 2: B = how many letters in the name
Stage 3: C = first letter
Stage 4: D = second letter
Stage 5: E = third letter
Stage 6: F = third letter
