A memeorial cache to the original Pet Lamb. The fantastic gardens dog Lex was a trustee work companion for many a year.
Lex had an uncanny knack to be able to sniff out a tennis ball in any garden that we visited. She would then relentlessly nudge it towards you in an attempt to tempt you into throwing the ball for her to fetch. Her endless snorting and tail thrashing would persist until you either succumbed to her wishes or she was put back in the van. She loved the taste of an apple too so have a bite for her but make sure to raise your elbow and point your pinky finger for fear of being called buffalo.
