Use your GPS to take you to the Posted Coordinates which is the starting point for your search. You will have headed down the Maple Grove Park Trail to the east from the road. At this spot face south and start counting 300' until you spot a clump of Oak Trees that has some trees near it that have fallen into the lake- it is directly down hill from a birdhouse. Check for the Letterbox hidden in the roots of a tree that has fallen in the water. If you are still missing it make sure to check the additional way-points for the final coordinates that can be found with your GPS.

Not everyone has a story of their geoname, but I do....
It all began in my elementary years when my brother decided he wanted to rock a long flowing mane of hair. As a tween this made him look like a girl. So I as a great and loving little brother I started calling him Alice and if you know little annoying brothers I was relentless. Until one day on a long drive to the big twin cities metro, I think we were just south of Forest Lake. He responded as angerly as a boy could with, "well you are just a-a-a-a-a... WARTHOG." This of course did not have the response that he was looking for and it made my parents erupt in laughter. So that was my name for the rest of the weekend, turning into summer, and it is now my name in family. So of course, as my friends met my parents and they heard Warthog they had to pick it up as well. It got to the point where when I hear somone yell Warthog I know it is a family member or close friend, until now I also know they could be fellow cachers.
