Island Cappy is there to keep the Island nice and clean. He's pretty small (BYOP) and has just enough camo color that you won't see him very easily. This is a very nice little business office area, next to a huge assisted living facility. If you've never been to this neck of the woods, enjoy the little strip of road that goes north (15th); it's got a nice fountain, it almost seems like you're not in Phoenix for a second.
