From here avoid the dangerous road back to Painter's Forstal by taking any of the many paths through Lorenden Park back to Painter's Forstal. Or, you could pick up the Painter's Forstal Walk at No 2 at the top of the parkland.
Please, please, please do not take the road back to the village. There are no footpaths, a blind bend and some very inconsiderate drivers!
