I was out caching when I found a nearby cache talking about a ghostly farm. Well when you look west from here you will not see the farm anymore. It's a pile of rubble along with the trees that must have been around the buildings. I'm sure they are looking to put the land to better use.
There may be farmers out so stealth might be required. Do not cross any fences - no need to during your search. It probably won't take you long to find it. Be safe and have fun.
