This is an LSC (Lamp Skirt Cache). They are quick, they are easy, and this one is very exciting because of the location. They exist in abundance in most other cities and towns the world over and are very useful for cachers trying to rack up their numbers. Dryden needed some! This is a high muggle area so stealth is required. Enjoy!
