Recently this stretch of the canal was paved, despite protests by runners who prefer the softer surface. There is a new kiosk, that doesn't have any signage at the time of this post. There are also new parking spaces.
With the new surface, people can expect bikers, walkers, runners, and golf carts. . . would I lie?
