Geocache Description:

DO NOT GO TO THE STARTING COORDINATES

This cache is part of a series dedicated to the important documents that have established our country and allowed the United States of America to be a great nation.  The “Bill of Rights” is part of the United States Constitution. The Constitution is considered a “living” document, meaning that the rules can be altered or eliminated, and new ones can be added.  The constitution outlines how to make those changes. The Bill of Rights mostly describes the rights afforded to us as citizens.

The Third Amendment of the Bill of Rights protects us from being forced to host members of the armed forces in our homes.  We can appreciate their service, but can’t be forced to let them stay at our place during peaceful times.  During war, it might be beneficial to have them around.

Article III (Amendment 3 - Quartering Soldiers)

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

If this cache is about the Third Amendment, then go to N39 37.945 W104 43.448
If this cache is about dolphins, then go to N 28° 24.687 W 081° 27.703

Congratulations to Rotatx for the FTF! 14/108
