This cache is located at Martin Cemetery, but don't expect it to be very easy at some of the stages. I do hope you enjoy it. This is a LARGE container that a dear friend made for me and I have been wanting to get this deployed, no better time than the Tatum Trifecta! Go BIG or go Home, right?!
I am sure a few of you have heard the Pterodactyl story 98x has shared about the time we cached with QueenofD'Nile, this is a nod to that as well. If you haven't heard his version of the story, you should. Funny, it also happened in a cemetery.
Please remember this is Texas so watch for SNAKES, Thorns, Ticks, Mosquitoes, Vines, Cedars. You know, all your usual caching trials.
Now for the Puzzle:
When you stand at the posted coordinates, look around the cemetery. You will see two very large granite markers, about 6 feet tall (that's like 1.2 times 98x, or a little less than K13). Somewhere between them, you see a Historical Marker. Looking at the Historical Marker sign, choose LEFT (A) or RIGHT (B) and go to that large granite marker. Count the letters in the surname (for those of us from East Texas, that's the last name) on the marker (C).
Now for some math: Add the number of letters in your choice of direction (A or B) plus C. Use the table below to determine where to find the first stage of this cache.
