Not too many years ago, this was but one of only two very rugged, rocky (necessitating 4WD) options available to access this pristine coastline called 'O'oma.
Our kids' program feels so grateful to be able to explore, experience and enjoy the beauty and magic of this big, beautiful island of Hawai'i, we hope to share some of that magic with you in this place.
Looking mauka, our rock marker stands tall in a field of grass capped by four (a very powerful and significant number in Hawaiian culture) white coral rocks - just like our snowcapped Mauna Kea & Mauna Loa mountains in the distance. The four coral rocks represent the four of us who placed this cache; Shane, Mele, Lauren & Kaya.
12/20/22 UPDATE: Unfortunately our first cache got muggled 😩 so this new one was set up today by Mele, U'ilani, Corinne, Pace, Lively & Quinn/Fred! We hope you enjoy the find!!!
