2nd Annual GoNE Spring Picnic
Welcome to the second of what we hope will be many spring picnics to come!
This picnic will be a bit different. It will not be tied to the same location. Instead, it will travel the backroads and highways - meandering from one corner of the Cornhusker State to the next. In the process, we hope to meet new friends, catch up with old pals, and see all the beauty and majesty that we call Nebraska!
The picnic will begin at 11:30 am on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 and take place at Van Dorn Park in Lincoln, NE!
GoNE will be grilln' up hamburgers and hot dogs! Buns, flatware, plates, and water will also be provided. We ask that you bring a side-dish or dessert to share with attendees. We have rented a shelter, so there will be electricity for slow cookers.
Come ready for FUN! We'll have a raffle, hand out door prizes, share stories, and have some games and activities, included the crowd favorite ammo can toss! Don't forget about the geocaches and trails in the Lincoln area. Don't miss out!
