Highlands, North Carolina is a small town at an elevation of 4,118 and attracts many for the pleasant summer time temps. And with a limited number of caches in the area I thought it would be a good idea to add more about town for those who enjoy some walking.
There is parking for two cars at the waypoint and from there you will have about a 1/4 mile hike to the cache. You will be looking for a tupperware container wrapped in camo.
The tupperware container has some tradeables and for the First Finder there is a Model Reailroad Coin of a Class 'J' 4-8-4.
