INFO:
At this location there is a nice hall to mingle and spin your yarn of geocaching stories. Also, there is a full kitchen (which we spend a lot of time in) that we can use to provide good stuff to eat! The plan is for us (MinaPopPop) to provide some main dishes. Something hearty and fattening like sausage & peppers. We will also provide beverages. (sorry no alcohol)
You are invited to bring a covered dish to share. Side dishes, dessert, whatever. Maybe you have a specialty? If you are not the chef type, there’s always the corner store to grab some cookies or the pizza joint to get a pie. Many times we have taken take-out fried rice to a potluck. Shelly PBC is always invited to bring her famous cheesecake. Yum!
We plan on having door prizes (donated door prizes are welcomed), some games, projected photos of local geocachers stolen from this web site, and whatever we can think of. Maybe some cachers would like to tell a funny experience (we all have them)? Don’t be shy.
Bring trackables to swap.
More to come as we brainstorm. So put this on your calendar now! Bring guests. The more the merrier. Give us a count of how many people you might bring so we have a ball park figure. Now go submit a “will attend” log because we know you want to come.
