"The Ring" é um local fabuloso que descobrimos acidentalmente quando estavamos à descoberta de um trilho alternativo para ir à Serra do Morião. Primeiro demos de caras com uma queda de àgua magnifica (um dos waypoints descritos) e de seguida com este sitio sombrio onde a luz solar não penetra. Tudo fica em tom cinza, parece que estamos noutra dimensão, um negativo do verde a que nos habituamos. Um espaço sem som, arrepiantemente belo e assim do nada demos com o local onde deixamos a cache. Aproveitem após a descoberta da mesma para fazerem um mini trilho circular que preparamos para vós e que está devidamente identificado (os detalhes estão no container). Agradecemos que não publiquem fotos da cache no intuito de manter o fator surpresa, podem contudo publicar fotos da área circundante. Este trilho diurno está livre de lama, mas aconselhamos que se façam equipar de uma lanterna e calçado apropriado. "The Ring" is a fabulous place that we accidentally came across, when we were trying to find an alternative way to get to the "Serra do Morião". First we came across a magnificent waterfall (one of the cache waypoints) and right after that another find...a dark place, where the sun light does not reach. Everything comes in shades of grey, it´s like we are in another dimension, a photo film of the green that we got used to. A sound free place, its just like time stood still. Creepy but yet beautiful, and just like that we came across the spot where we dropped the container.After you find it, take advantage of the mini trail that we have prepared for you (details are in the container). Please do not publish any container photos in order to keep the surprise factor, but you are more then welcome to publish photos of the surroundings. This day time trail is mud free, but still we advise you to carry a flashlight and proper boots.
