The cache is at the posted location - but is a challenge cache. In order to log a find you must first meet the conditions of the challenge.
Logs not meeting the challenge conditions will be deleted.
All caches you have found and logged can be used to meet the conditions of this challenge.
To see if you qualify run the Project GC checker and post the results.
And now... the challenge.
You must have found caches in a minimum of 14 US counties - BUT - you must also have a minimum of 100 finds in each of those different US counties, for a minimum of 1,400 finds.
So - again 100 finds (minimum) PER county - a minimum of 14 different US counties
A TOTT may be needed to extract the log
