Geocache Description:

I am placing a series of puzzle caches about people whom I admire. All final coords are easy terrain, often P&Gs. Regarding the road you find yourself on: I walk it with my dog. In fact, that is how I hid the caches, taking a walk with Zammis.

Chris Schadler is an expert on Eastern Coyotes. To prove that farmers could coexist with coyotes she purchased a farm in New Hampshire which has a small herd of sheep. To keep the sheep and coyotes apart, the farm is fenced, the sheep are put in a barn at night, there are guard dogs, and she, her husband, and the dogs walk the perimeter of the property most nights marking (yes, with urine) as they go.

Answer the following questions about coyotes to get the final coordinates.

1. Eastern Coyotes have xxx % of wolf DNA.

10 (967)

20 (104)

30 (298)

2. Hunting and trapping coyotes...

- will cause them to leave an area and move to a suburban zone (115)

- disrupts their reproduction causing larger and more frequent litters (867)

- results in coyotes stalking hunters and trappers (803)

The answers to the questions can be found here: Chris Schadler
