This is a CHALLENGE cache
A challenge cache requires you to have fulfilled a specific task before logging it as a find.
Logging requirements
Cachers may sign a challenge cache’s physical log at any time.
However, the challenge cache may be logged as found online AFTER the log is signed AND the challenge tasks have been met and should be documented in the online log.
Logs without the required evidence included, will be deleted without notice.
Use of the Project-GC log is acceptable and recommended.
The Cache
The cache can be found at the posted coordinates.
The Difficulty rating reflects the challenge and the Terrain rating reflects the access to the cache.

This is a total of 31 Event caches.
eg. You can have an attend on the 1st of January but then the 2nd of July and so on. The DATE is the key factor.
Event types allowed are:

Lost and Found Event Cache
Mega-Event Cache
Groundspeak Block Party
Giga-Event Cache
GPS Adventures Exhibit
Groundspeak Lost and Found Celebration
Events can be attended anywhere in the world. Previous finds are allowed.
In your "found it" log please include your list of the THIRTY ONE Events and the dates attended or attach the automatic log generated by Project-GC (probably easier)

This Challenge cache is included in the Map of Victoria Geo-Art and has been placed to coincide with the Parkville Mega
