Daryl gets lonely sometimes, and he recently broke his arm... says the wind did it? He also has a bit of a gash just below his left shoulder...the wind again, eh? I suppose that's possible, it was extra windy here on the morning of August 10, 2020. Fortunately, Daryl is a big foot guy so he didn't get entirely blown away. Franky, I was amazed that he survived at all.
Anyway, he's had it kind'a rough with the pandemic and the wind, you know. So, please STOP, and say hello.
If you are up for a walk or bike ride, know that the trail around the lake is clear of debris...but big, bad Daryl was no help at all, sore shoulder you know. He even has a new friend near the west end of the lake, but I haven't had the courage yet to ask it's name.
Note: Daryl's friend was removed some time ago for repairs made necessary by vandals. I am not sure if or when it will return. Daryl is also currently missing and presumably hospitalized after vandals lit him and his trash can on fire during an illegal July 4 "celebration".
When he returns, I'm sure Daryl will be happy to assist with punishing the vandals when they are caught.
