Another navigation marker to assist anybody who feels they need top be shown the way. This is another part of Upper Hutt's Mt Cecil Geocaching Playboard. It can be accessed via one of several routes which many locals are familiar with. Not a local - that's ok - just use the satellite view to see the logical routes.
