Mirador de Sachaca

[ES] Este mirador se encuentra en el distrito de Sachaca, a 2,240 msnm.  El nombre Sachaca proviene de la palabra quechua “sachchqaqa” que significa ''roca en forma de árbol''.  
Esta muy cerca de la plaza principal de Sachaca, en la parte posterior de la iglesia de Santa Gertrudis. La distancia del centro de Arequipa hasta la plaza es de 4 km. unos 15 minutos en taxi aproximadamente, aunque también se puede hacer caminando. Los taxis solo llegan hasta la iglesia, de allí hay que hacer una pequeña caminata en subida hasta la cima de una colina donde se encuentra el mirador.
El cache esta cerca del mirador pero si usted desea subir a la parte alta es necesario pagar por un boleto S/. 1.00.

[EN] This viewpoint is located in the district of Sachaca, at 2,240 meters above sea level. The name Sachaca comes from the Quechua word "sachchqaqa" which means "rock in the form of a tree".
It is very close to the main square of Sachaca, in the back of the church of Santa Gertrudis. The distance from the center of Arequipa to the square is 4 km. Approximately 15 minutes by taxi, although you can also walk. Taxis only go to the church, from there you have to make a short hike up to the top of a hill where the viewpoint is located.
The cache is near the viewpoint but if you wish to go up to the top you need to pay for a ticket S /. 1.00.
